it's probably not a big deal. my hands fall asleep all the time. i talked to my doctor about it and she said it could be low blood circulation. but that it's nothing to worry about unless it happens more and more. as long as your hand goes back to normal feeling, you'll probably be just fine.

It's normal. In actviity causes hands or fingers to sleep.Just shake it/them until the feeling is gone. IT IS NORMAL BUT YOU HAVE ANEMIA AND NEED A DOCTORS HELP.JUST SOME IRON (DONT WORRY!)TABLETS MIGHT HELP IT.

The term " my hand is asleep" means that blood isn't being devlivered. It's probobly because you are putting pressure on a vien. If it doesn't "wake up" Get medical help imediatly. YOu might be in serious danger.
