I am Concerned about an Autopsy Report, where can I get the answers?

Question:

I recieved my Sons autopsy report and I have some Questions. I don't want to talk to a lawyer because i'm not sure there was any wrong doing, but if a Doctor or nurse did make a mistake how can I expect someone in the Medical feild to give me an honest answer? I don't want to point fingers, I just want the truth.

talk to the person who preformed it. He should beable to help answer your questions and tell you why it is/is not likely that 'what ever' happend.

You are entitle to a copy of the death certificate UNLESS it is still open as a criminal investigation or an inquest from the ME's office.

Call the medical examiner's office and talk to them.
