What? You mean lung cancer doesn't do it?

Well, ok then, how about if we start amputating your legs a little bit at a time, toes first, then feet, then your shins, then your thighs, a few months apart? Would that do it?
I gave up 9 months ago after smoking for more than 35 years, I used patches, gum, lozenges, inhaler cartridges and the best and most effective of all was the nasal spray. It burns like crazy the first few times you use it but it really does take away the craving instantly, after a day or two it doesn't burn but it is the fastest way to get rid of the cravings, ask you doctor for a prescription for it, it really does work.
put alot of effort in and consider the effects on you and other people u care about
get some stop smoking chewing gum
Craving for a cigarette can be stopped only by strong will power.
You need to distract yourself. Get away from smokers, stop watching tv, join a club where there aren't any smokers. Move to America. Because everytime you see someone light up and take that first long, smooth drag, savouring the aroma and the buzz, you are going to feel the seductive song of that siren that sings nicoteeeeeeen!
Just think of smoking as committing slow suicide. It worked for me! I stopped in 1995 and not a puff since.
smoke one ...simple
Nicotine patches, they work but i just love a cigarette.
This may sound wierd but after trying and failing to give up on a number of occasions my friend told me i should try "smoking" a pen. It turns out that after 3 days of not smoking and ridding myself of the nicotine addiction i was still in the habit of putting the cigarette in my mouth. Id inhale through an empty pen or straw until the craving passed and it worked so much better than using patches and gum alone. I haven't smoked for about 4 weeks now! woo hoo!
you have to want to give up completely. Try reading Jason Vale's book about giving up smoking this should help.
