if anything at/under 120/80 is normal BP and anything over 140/90 is high, then what is it between those two?

Question:

Answers:
Borderline. It means you need to keep an eye on it and change your diet - less fast food and salt. Also, just drinking more water and walking 30 minutes a day can fix it.

Other Answers:
Questionable. It doesn't suck bad enough to be a disaster, but you should watch yourself anyway.
still normal
Between 120/80 to 140/90 is normal BP. Below 120/80 can even be a litttle low though athletic people can have lower BP and/or pulse rate. Each person has their own normal, so really it is better to know what your own normal BP is so you can tell if you are high for yourself or lower than your normal. So below 140/90 is usually okay but 140/90 can be borderline high and need closer watching. Some drug stores let you check your own BP in the store, so you can get an idea of your normal.
These numbers are used as a guideline and are not to be considered "normal." Normal b/p is specific to the individual, what is normal for one may kill another. Your body strives to maintain homeostasis and your b/p is a measure of how hard your body has to work to maintain its norm. Anything between these numbers simply means that your b/p is not a health concern.
