Are S. Korean hostipalsmore dirty?

Question: First of all, whenever I get immunizations in America, the nurses wear latex gloves i think to stop germs. In Korea they dont even care, and dont wear gloves or anything. Is this less safe or clean?

Wearing rubber gloves not only keeps the medical person from putting germs from their hands onto you. They take the gloves off after examining you and put on a new pair for the next patient. The answer is yes, It is not safe for medical people to not wear gloves when examing you.
