There are several things it could be. Appendicitis is one of them. One quick test for that is to have someone press their hand (keeping it fairly flat) over the lower portion of your abdomen and press firmly. Does that increase your pain? Then have them release the pressure suddenly. Does that increase your pain? If the later causes your pain to increase, then, most likely, it is your appendix. That means you need to get into a doctor like NOW! you know STAT! If your appendix ruptures, the pain goes away and the problem has just increased 100% because you now have to deal with internal infection.

Have you had any nausea/vomiting/constipation/d. in the past 2-3 days days? any fever? How much fluid have you been consuming? Have you been peeing?

Those are all questions that need to be answered. You could be looking at problems with your ovaries, bladder infection, kidney infections, pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), the flu, intestinal flu, and so on. My recommendation is to talk with your health-care provider and follow their recommendation.
I am not a doctor, but my guess is your appendix is going or something with your reproductive organs
Yes, that sounds like appendicitis. Get it checked out immediately!
GO TO THE DOCTOR!
your should be concerned because it could be your appendix or other organs.
u need to see a doctor. it could be ur appendix, but it could also be a stomach ulcer it could be a numer of serouis problems.
Problems with the organs in the abdominal region i.e. the digestive system, liver, gall bladder, pancreas, appendix and kidney could be the main reasons for a bad stomach ache. Gastroenteritis can give you a severe stomach ache, while stomach pain from cancer may only be mild. I found a lot of great information on causes of stomach pain and its treatment at http://tinyurl.com/l9k9x
If I were you I would go to the Emergency Room. A couple of months ago I had the same pain and a slight fever. My wife made me go and I ended up having my appendix out that night, P.S. when you push in on the spot, does it hurt worse on the way in or on the way out. If pain is worse on the way out get there sooner than later. but go either way.
