As in what? Do you have a goal? If its to lose weight you can probably lose only 2 pounds through cardio and proper eating in that amount of time. But, to be in better shape in general you can gauge it in a various amount of ways. Try checking how many push ups and sit ups you can do. See how far you can run and how fast you can run a mile. Then when you start getting more fit try some more advanced exercises like pull ups. Time how long you can jump rope. Then continue to advance and set goals for yourself. Remember to eat healthy, drink lots of water, and get a good rest at night. Try setting up a workout plan and space out your workouts. Get at least 1 rest day in your week. Good luck!
