Any clues what the pain from my head, down my shoulders, and left side of back be?

Sometimes I feel this pain even goes thru my lungs, sound strange, but my head also feels "swollen" as if water is moving about, my neck is stffon that side as well. Face o.kl. Any diagnosis. At times it feels in my windpipe - honestly a doctor would have a right laugh, as I can;t explain it properly HELP

Sciatica can cause pain down the spine.

Strokes can cause things to happen to one side.

As for water moving around, I don't know.

It would help you to find out what this is, In my experience, docs don't laugh much, go get it checked.

If you have shortness of breath related to all of those symptoms, I would go to the emergency department when the pain happens if you can't get in to see your doctor right away. Those symptoms could be a sign of chest pain. The head ache could be from high blood pressure or lack of oxygen to your head, the pain pain down your shoulder and back could be from your heart as well. The only weird one is the stiffness in your neck, as that would be more of a pain radiating to your jaw if it was chest pain. If this is a acute attack go right away. The pain in your lungs makes sense also. This could be a few things, Heart problem, or pulmonary embolism (blood clot in the lung) or with the stiff neck and muscle pain could be meningitis. A doctor would not laugh at those symptoms, they are symptoms that sound quite serious, and you need blood tests to check that out!

It sounds like a trapped nerve in your neck area. Does your face and head look normal still? There is a condition nown as hydrocephalis which literally means 'water on the brain.' Go and see your physician asap to rule out anything serious.

My advice is with your head feeling swollen, and feels water is moving about.
You should go into your hospital NOW!!!!!!
