my child has a skin rash on his legs and arms?

Question:
He had this since he been born and I forget what that doctor said it was but he did say it runs in the family

Answers:
Poor thing , it sounds to me like eczema

has the doctor suggested any treatment/ or sent him to a dermatologist yet.
If not, he needs to be consulted again and your child needs to be refer ed.for treatment

There are many forms of medication ,
and you need to find the best one to suit,
to reduce the inflamation and to relieve the itching ?

It can be extremely irritating and the child will be most uncomfortable
.
Eczema, runs in families ,where asthma, is also a problem ,
It can also be agravated by certain foods , like chocolate or even milk in some cases .

Hopefully he will grow out of this as he gets older .

I do hope so , all the best ...

Rashes aren't congenital. Discolored birthmark type things, fine. Not an actual rash, that is a reaction by your skin to somethink internal or external that isn't right. Get some colloidal silver (local hippie healthstore, online or from me) at least 10ppm (parts per million) and spray or otherwise apply it directly several times a day. There is not way to overdose and no side effects other than speed healing and general betterness. Good luck.
