I have had allergy problems or drainage and sneezing for quite a while, could it be mold or mildew in my walls

my floors, under my linoleum there is dark places and in my bedroom I have a window unit and the walls have turned dark. Could this be the reason I cannot get rid of the sneezing and drainage, feel stopped up half the time and draining other half, help. How to get rid of mold or mildrew without ripping everything out?
