Is therere a way to get free medication for my wife , I lost my insurance and she is 59 with lung disease.?

Question:
She needs about 6 meds that total 1200.00 per month to help keep her breathing. Any help ..I heard there is a way but I dont know where to turn. I am on social security ( retired ) and cant afford her medications.

Answers:
Check with the manufacturers of the individual drugs. Some of them have programs to help you. Have you checked to see if your WIFE is eligible for Social Security benefits, since she is ill?
many hospitals have patient advocates that can apply for free meds through programs that pharma companies have.

good luck.
Please got to www.needymeds.com and see if the meds your wife needs are on there. If they are you can apply for them through the pharmaceutical company. They will send you an application which you and your doctor must fill out. Then they will send the meds to your doctor in as samples. They will send six month supplies at a time.

I hope this helps you.

Robert
