my back ache while sleeping?

Question:

Answers:
Try sleeping on your left side it helps maintain good circulation while sleeping. Also try sleeping on just one high-quality pillow (instead of the ususal two pillows) and then put another pillow in between your knees for support. Also, a good, high-quality mattress will help. It really depends on your personal preference whether you prefer sleeping on a firm or softer mattress (my personal preference is a softer mattress - kind of a pillow-top works best for me)

There are many different methods for relieving back stress and pain at night. I hope that you find one that works best for you. Good luck and sleep well.

Here is just one website that I found for you that might help you explore different options to help relieve your aches at night.
