Question:

How long you have before settling a claim with ICBC?

I was in an accident a long time ago and I met with an adjuster and signed a statement. I went to the doctor and he said I had whiplash and then I went and told ICBC then he said to go back to the doctor I didn't because I thought my back was fine. Now I'm having major problems what should I do can I still get $$$ from ICBC even tho it's been a few years?

as long as you didnt sign a waver, i had an accident almost 3 years ago, still not done in court yet, as a matter a fact i talked to my lawyer today and it should be resolved with in the next 2 months, they agreed to pay,but cant agree on the amount, so now a judge will make the desition on the amout, were asking 250,000, they offered 70,000, the lawyer told me i wont get under 175,000, its been a long hall but its worth it, but im claiming to for an accident from six years ago in calgary, i had a spinal tap done and they damaged my nreve, i signed a paper but the lwayer said it doesent matter we can go after the dearfoot hospital for damages, get a hold of the firm, they are the top ones in toronto for this kind of stuff, just tell them i gave you the number, theyll tell you exactly what to do,,,,,,,,, its lofranco romeo,pitaro chagpar shields. mr. robinson ryes, 416 457 3545, leave a message if you have to, he will get back to you, but mormally he answers right away, tell him mr. leblanc sent you to call him, he will help .
