I drink orange juice with some added fiber do u think that will help me go #2?

Question:

Answers:
Orange juice with some added fiber will help, but if you add fiber you need to also increase your overall fluid intake.

If it has been several days since you had a BM, a laxative will probably be needed, but if you are having severe cramps, especially in your lower left side, or start experiencing vomiting, get to a Dr.

Habitual use of laxatives may make you dependent on them, but adding fiber such as Metamucil or benefiber will cause no ill effects, but s i said, increase your total fluid volume, remembering that too much dairy can be constipating.

If you are not experiencing pain and it has been several days, you may even take a one time dose of a stronger laxative such as magnesium citrate (it comes in a bottle, get it cold and chug 1/2-1 bottle. Do not do this often, but if you get your bowels moving then the fiber may keep you regular. Also try to incorporate more fiber rich foods in your diet.
i'm not sure, but if you drink prune juice it will.
