Why are california hospitals so full of ****?

Doctors? Because the state of California have many diseases and therefore need many doctors to combat them. Because there are a lot of **** in California, and **** get sick too.

Not sure what you mean by that, but I've been in a few CA hospitals, and have received great, average, and crappy care. I think it all depends upon where you are.

High population density, There's a certain number of hospitals for so many people.
