I am getting headaches almost every day?

Question:
I have been cutting back on caffeine for the past two weeks. I drink about 1-2 times a week instead of every day, multiple times a day like I used to. This includes soda and coffee. I know that I get caffeine withdrawal headaches, but now I've been getting them every day, for the past two weeks on the days that I don't have any caffeine. What can I do??

Answers:
WARNING, do not focus only on caffeine withdrawal. A chronic headache might be caused by something really serious. It is possible that it was a coincidence that you are having headaches when you just gave up caffeine. It might be caused by a vein-bulb in your brain (which is really serious, might cause brain-bleeding). Or you have a sleeping-apnea, which you cannot know without someone else telling you about your apnea.Or maybe you have high blood pressure. Or you might have an eye-tension-disorder.
As a summary, a chronic headache is a pure enough reason to see a doctor.

Just see a doctor, do not ignore.
Chronic Headaches or Caffeine withdrawal syndrome?
Sounds like a with draw from caffeine which you are attempting to do cold turkey, once you go thru it youll be ok.
