All I do is go to bed in a cool, dark and silent bedroom and sleep for as long as possible. I find that I feel better after being sick too, although I can't make myself vomit. There isn't a foolproof method of solving migraine. If there were, someone would be very rich!
Sleep.
bed rest with a cold flannel on your forehead.
sleep is the best, avoid cheese and chocolate.
It depends what triggers it. If it's light, brown tinted sun glasses can help.
try massaging with a massage crystal and having a hot bath with the lights out and a hot wet flannel over your eyes.
Gosh, I'd really like to know too. I've had one for a day and a half now, and even the meds aren't working.
For me..I go into a dark room.and put a cold washcloth over my eyes and try to sleep or at least relax. No noise or interuptions like the TV or radio. I hope you get some relief.I know how bad this can be..good luck !
there is a massage that might help. it starts with you taking the index fingers at the base of your skull just behind the ear and pushing pretty hard but not to the point of pain.{both sides of head} then start moving in towards the neck 1/2 inch at a time pressing and holding for 20-25 seconds each time. when you get to the neck go down till you get to shoulders the out wards the arms then back in to the neck and up and out to the ears. it takes awhile but when doing it you my just feel the knot that gives you the head ache. you cant do it yourself but if you do it 4 someone they may reciprocate the favor. good luck mike you all can try it..lol..no charge
i suffer terribly with migraines, i have had migraleve, sanamogran, imogran with no use so i usually resort to co-codamol (for the pain)and ibupofen (for the swelling in the brain which causes the migraine).
i try to shut myself in a dark quiet room for at least an hour with an ice cold flannel on my forehead and at the back of my neck.
different things work for different people, good luck trying
fresh or dried lavender. the scent is good for headaches, migranes, put it in something like a baby sock , then when you go to bed slip it inside your pillow case.. works everytime

Buy a home ozonizer water/air purifier. Ozonize a tall glass of water for 4 minutes and drink. Lie down in a quiet darkened room, close your eyes for five minutes and presto, the world 's a different place.
a cup of coffee sometimes does the trick the caffeine expands the blood vessels in your brain thus easing your pain.
Drink a caffeinated beverage (caffeine is a part of many migraine medications).
Apply an ice pack alternately to the back of your skull and the location of the migraine pain.
Find a room that is as dark and quiet as possible, and try to sleep.

I sincerely hope you can get some relief.
The combined best answers above were lavender, massage, warm compresses on head, sleep and lyiing down in a dark area. These all work very well for headaches. Try them all best of luck. These people have some great advice. I hope one of these things work. Also try a warm bath with lavender, chamomile tea, and good nap.
Try using accupressure. Take the thumb and index finger of your hand and pinch the webbing between your thumb and index finger of your other hand. Keep it pinched for as long as you can hold it. It doesn't get rid of the migraine, but it does take the edge off of it. It's short term, so you have to repeat it a lot, but when you've got a migraine anything is better than feeling it full force.
There used to be an item you could buy in chemists called quickies, they were little cotton pads soaked in eud d cologne they used to work wonders for me. They might be under a different brand name now. Good luck
