Answers:
Number 1: Do not be ashamed of who you are. You are perfectly made in the eyes of God.
Is there a speech therapist at your school either through the nurse's office or the special ed people you might speak with?
Try recording yourself. When you play it back ask yourself if you would be able to understand it.
Sometimes what possibly happens is that your voice lowers to the same pitch and tones as the heating, cooling or some other machinery that is close enough to interfere with vocal understanding yet quiet enough to not enter our consciousness.
The friends you are speaking with...do they listen to music with the volume turned way up and those sub-woofers-a-booming? Your friends may, as weird as it sounds, be having enough hearing loss that it interferes with listening.
Are your friends really paying attention, or only halfway while looking down the hall for cute guy or cute chick? Are they listening or merely hearing.
Are there other people talking at the same time? Could maybe the other voices interfere with your voice?
Do you have a theater at your school? If yes, could you see the acting teacher to learn how to project your voice more efficiently and enunciate?
Have you thought about the fact that the problem is not yours, but it is theirs?
There are lots of other reasons one could come up with for your friends not hearing you, but look at these and see if they sound familiar to you...
Hope I have helped a little
I can tell you this after working in a warehouse and then a flight line. Speak loud, clear, and enunciate. This should help you with all situations. If you get caught up just stop and restart message. Try to sound out the word in front of someone who will help you first. Someone who can help your English is the best help for you. I can honestly say after 2 years of just yelling at people half words they now understand me after I have learned to speak slower and enunciate
