Question:
I just got my cast off, from a stress fracture in my leg, which was caused but the pounding of flat-feet. What do I need to help this?
Can It be fixed, or just helped?

Where can i find a shoe with arched support?
and do you know of any brands to look for?

Answers:
You may want to see a podiatrist. As the other answer said, you may need arch supports. A podiatrist can make a custom arch support, but there is some evidence that the much cheaper store bought arch supports are just as effective. It may take some experimentation to find the right product. Good fitting shoes will help too.

Other Answers:
you will need to buy arch supports to put in your shoe. they're sold in most shoe stores.
see about getting some orthotics.
