Why does one of my knees make a weird noise when I walk up the stairs?
Question:
There is no pain.
Answers:
Hi there !
In the knee joints, just like in any other joints, there is a fluid called as synovial fluid, which provides lubrication during movement of the joint. (just like fluid used in machines)
Over a period of years, due to ageing as well as misuse, fluid becomes lesser and lesser......hece there could be some sound as well as in later stage, some pain too..!
I think...you need to have some sort of exercise....like walking or physiotherapy....contact a specialist !
best wishes..!
Mine does that too
