Please help me figure this out..?


Question:
I've started dieting...or should I say watching VERY CAREFULLY everything I'm eating. I swear, I've almost become obsessed! Other than that though, I have turned into a MAJOR *****! I'm not starving myself, so what gives? Why since I've started all this healthy eating have I turned into an emotional monster? I don't even like myself right now! It's like having PMS to an extreme.

you need to eat that's y your so craby eat like fruit or if you wont something sweet eat cheesecake its not to bad for yea trust me i have i friend who only eats a meal a day and if she dose not eat she locks her self in her room no take that back we lock her in her room hope this helps
Low blood sugar. Don't limit what you eat too much, just eat healthier and this wont be a problem. Eliminate refined starches and replace with whole grains and vegetables, lean meats and low fat dairy and only drink water and you will feel like a million bucks!
