So, I have this horrible tension and pain between my left shoulder and neck...?

Question:
And when I move my arm, my shoulder pops...every single time! Should I go to a regular doctor or a back doctor? What is it?!

Answers:
Actually, you need to see an orthopedist who specializes in shoulder injuries. Is your shoulder popping completely out of socket? Try applying ice for 20 minutes every 2 hours and taking over the counter pain medication such as Tylenol pain.

See your personal physician. HE/she will recommend another Doctor if necessary.
start with your regular doctor.

be sure to tell him/her how many hours you use the computer, especially the mouse.
I have the same problem ..and it is very painful .i went to the doctor he gave me muscle relaxers.........I think its from using the computer.....try repositioning your body a bit when using ........also try the alternation of cold and heat to the affected area alternate every 20-30 min..let me know if that helps.
IF it doesnt then i would definately cal your physician to get soem relief
You need to see your Primary Care Physician first so that he/she can diagnosis the problem and decide if you need to be referred to a specialist for further testing and or treatment.
I wouldn't wait b/c this doesn't sound like something that will go away on it's own without some kind of therapy.
See your regular doctor. If you need to see a specialist, you will get a referral. You could just have a pinched nerve or bursitis.
Go to a massage therapist.. It could be a rotator cuff tear. You need to make sure you go to someone who specialises in soft tissue work, like a massage therapist.

Of course you could also have a dislocated shoulder, too... But the LMT will do all these simple, free tests to make a rational assessment, and try and give you some sound advice.
