Computer don't damage your eyes!
Monitor do, esp. those that flicker..........
i don't believew so because i still have have always had 20/20 vision so i don't believve it does. it just makes me slouch and my back hurts. and i think i may get a huge hump on my back when i get really old.
If it comes at you fast enough, and if the corner of it hits your eye juuuuust right.
Could be extremely damaging.
Looking at the screen alone does not damage our eye sight. Its just because we see continuosly, dries out the eyes. And this is not only in the case of a computer but also a TV. Always we should be comfortable when working on a computer.
There are some small tips which can be referred in the website below.
They damage your eyes because you forget to blink when looking at the monitor.
-Forgetting to blink causes dryness
-dryness causes irritation
-irritation over a prolonged period of time causes eye damage, so yeah. (THIS IS FOR FLAT SCREEN MONITORS).
Also any refresh rate over 75Hz (how many times the monitor flickers per second) is good for your eyes. If it's at 60, your eye can "notice" the flickering, and irritate your eye that way.
Getting rid of the damage:
Pump up the refresh rate and try to blink every once in a while.
who knows?
