Wow! Well this is going to sound really dumb but I was wearing flip flops and I stepped on a cactus and I has to use tweezers to get out these tiny tiny tiny needles and it was really hard to see them.

tweezers, let it become infected and it will come off. or you can peel off the skin around it till you can take it off.
try a little super glue. wait until it dries then peel the glue off! careful not to glue your fingers together.
