Spiritual stuff?

I don't know what category this falls under, so I decided on this. Has anyone experienced something spooky and found a way to deal with it? Harsh remarks aren't appreciated.

I haven't had to deal with anything I'd call "spooky", just the regular old crap that gets flung at me by living my life. I'm too much of a realist to even experience "spooky" things, I think.

Spooky stuff is usually not so spooky when you are not alone. I believe a spiritual approach like praying, or a mantra - a helpful phrase to time with your breathing can also help. Learning about the spookiy thing or ghost or whatever can also help. I find often it is only after that I recognize 'something spooky', so I'm mad at myself for lacking the courage in the moment to ask or look more at the thing to learn and to learn how to respond.

I know from experience that there is something more than what
we see. I lived in a haunted house w/ my hubby, we rented a
room. Many strange and terrifying things happened about three
months after we moved in. My story is to long, but you can
e-mail me if you want. Later, we found out that a baby was
brutally murdered in the same room we had fixed up ! Another
house I lived in something occured, I was resting on the couch
recovering from surgery. All of a sudden I smelled this lilac
perfume. Like an older lady would wear. It smelled really pretty.
I have never smelled anything like that before.

I do believe in spiritual stuff. I ever experienced with something spooky before when I was five months pregnant with my third child. I had two turtles which I kept in my house as pets. One day, while I was sitting in my living room, I heard voices of chanting words it was as though I was in a temple or something. It got creepy everytime. My 2 yr old son wld even threw pebbles each time he saw them. It seemed tht he saw and knew what they were. So I consulted someone expert in this field to help me get rid of this spooky experienced. Then I was told by the medium tht I need to give away my turtles to the nearest temple available. He did not explain much further. After we did what was being told, my house was peaceful again. No more spooky experienced ever.
