Which OTC calcium supplement has the best absorption rate?

Question:
I want to take a good calcium supplement, but it is my understanding that a lot of the stuff out there doesn't get absorbed for the most part. Citracal advertises has having "clinically proven absorption", but it doesn't say how much absorption. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Answers:
Go to your pharmacist and ask him. Tell him the medications you are currently on and he/she should be happy to show you which ones at that isle.
It has to have vitamin D in it ,That helps calcium absorb
