I wouldn't call it immunity.. Unless you take it everyday, the same amount all the time.But you do know that Tylenol really can destroy your liver. The liver is your organ filter for everything you eat and drink. The liver struggles to filter Tylenol, therefore it stays in the LIVER for a long period of time and can cause serious damage.
