yes, my daughter has to use one everynow and then, put the medicine in it its called "abuterol" or whatever your doc prescribed you, you do it about "4 to 6" times daily as needed. if ur bad, do it more. if not then don't.
you take the liquid that it comes with and stick it in the dispencer and then plug it in and plug the tube in and then turn it on and ur good to go and if u need more fluid just add more while its running i only know bc i had to use one b4 good luck
