If you still live with your mother or father, and you are in school they cannot take it from you.
If you mean like Medicaid, the answer should be no. You have two ailments, and need medications. If you are in school there's no way they can cut you off. If by any chance they do (doubtful), there are clinics that go by your income--we only had to pay $5 to see the doctor, and $1 for each med.
no they have programs like medicaid and another state assistance
Are you "poor" a mental state of being, or low income?
You're turning 18, don't you think it's time to start taking care of yourself? I know, your diabetic and bipolar. Neither of these ailments prevent you from working.
If you don't think you can handle a regular job, why not consider working from home, there are many opportunities that if you really put the effort into you can make more than enought money that you won't have to worry about the cost of medication or insurance coverage.
You can change your life if you want, it's all attitude
