What's the best way to get rid of a cold?

Question:
I have phlegm in my throat and my nose is clogged. I feel kind of dizzy and weak, and my fevers going up.

Answers:
You may have the flu instead of a cold. You will need lots of rest, drink lots of water and take an aspirin if you aren't allergic to it. Chicken soup has been proven to have healing properties, so try to drink some of it too.

You can use an over the counter nasal spray to relieve the congestion. If the fever is up to 100, you need to go to the doctor of hospital and be checked. Don't drive yourself - this is the time you ask for help from a friend or family member.

Self diagnosing doesn't always work. There may be something more than what you are aware of.
