My 7 yr olds pinky toes roll comptetly on their sides because of flat feel. I blame my dad, he has flat feet. (kidding dad!) No, really, it isn't a big deal. If you really are worried, take her to podiatrist to get fitted for special shoes or custom supports.

When i was born I had a dislocated hip which for now me being 23 I have real bad trouble with shoes and standing for long times, though this is common in young kids, she can grow out of it with the right help.
