I bet you would be wide awake if you got caught playing around here when you're on the clock... and working an ICU to boot! Jeez! somebody could be in serious medical trouble and you're playing around on the computer?!
stay on your feet, sprinkle water on your face from time to time dont sit down or do anything calming.get oxygen flowing in you by doing some stretching excercises a few times each hour. you can do it.then when you can. get yourself a pregnancy test!

Wake up and change shifts. Not only should you be awake, you should also be alert. I was going to say go to Med Surg floor, but on second thought, don't. In NICU census is lower and you stand a chance of doing less damage. The nurses in these units are top notch and will not tolerate slackers. Get off the computer and do your work.Look around you..Do you really have any problems compared to what you are seeing?
