Tom Cruise speaks about antidepressants?

Question: If u watched the Today Show with Matt Lauer interviewing Tom Cruise on the topic of antidepressants and post partum depression, u will know that Tom cruise is against antidepressant meds and suggests taking vitamins and so forth for treatment as the safest and effective way of treating depression and anxiety etc. Do u agree with Tom Cruise or are u pro antidepress. meds?

Answers:
I've tried vitamins; EPA; acupuncture; counselling; and diet.

Every time i go back to using antidepressants.

I think it depends on how depressed you are.

Who cares what Tom Cruise thinks. lol. Doctors or Psychiatrists would have more of a credible opinion on this. Last time I checked Tom Cruise along with other actors are people who make a living pretending to be other people, maybe they need to get their heads checked out. lol.
