what's the best home cure for sinus problems?

Question: I'm in the middle of some kind of virus (a little like a cold) right now and just started antiobiotics cuz my mom said to do it and she's a doctor. But is there a thing that immediately clears up sinuses; because I'm sneezing alot, having a really bad runny nose, have pressure in my ears, and there's pressure in the forehead area and itching in my eyes when I bend down or when my head's in a certain position. It's getting hard 2 get some sleep, so plz help. Thanks in advance.

The cold just needs to run its course. I use Tylenol sinus to help with the symptoms.

I get sinus problems a lot... What helps me is usually an OTC sinus allergy medicine. If you can't get that, then a hot cup of tea helps clear up your sinuses.
