Is creatine a harmful supplement to use?
Question:
Answers:
this supplement is very popular with athletes, people with muscle-depleting illnesses, and those who notice that they are losing muscle mass due to age.
its a natural compound produced by metabolic processes in the body, producing fleeting bursts of energy (it's more complicated than that sounds, so research it out)
taken as a supplement, it can increase both endurance and strength, making possible workout time longer. this can in turn lead to increased lean muscle mass.
it's not a miracle supplement and needs to be used with a nutritionally, balanced diet.
do not exceed recommended dosages!
do not take with fruit juices as this results in the natural production of creatinine which is very difficult for the kidneys to process.
i hope this helps you, good luck!

not when used properly, go online there's lots of good info.
yes it can be and don't expect any thing with it-
the only way it works is to change your eating and exercise regime
Anything in excess (what you don't need is harmful)/ i.e. large amounts of any protein are harmful as you cannot store protein and what you don't use or absorb goes right through and puts strain on the kidneys. So, if you're actually using that protein as in exercising with it, then no, when used properly it is safe.
yes!!! because it is NONNATURAL!! I'll love to body buld I'm a 6 foot 206lbs of solid muscle!!
Never use any supplements
creatine, weight gainer, and I barely take vitamins.
All I do is eat right and good.
Tuna, Salmon, lean meats, collard greens, and I try to stay away from pasta and bread!! Before heading into the gym, already have at least 2 cups of water in your system!! And eat something with good carbs to turn it into energy, and bench press this 300lbs like the King does!! oh sh1t you are a King Too!! Now thats alright right there, thats quite alright!!
