You'd probably need to see an ER quickly, before you lose consciousness from the loss of blood.

You definetly need to go to the hospital then! It sonds very bad so you definetly need to. especially since the bone is displaced. it's probably really serious. and since the bone is sticking out it can get infected quickly and its probably broken since its displaced.

Are you serious? If your bone is through the skin you would be in so much pain that it would be impossible for you to even be conscience. Plus there is NO way for a whole freaking arm to get stuck in a blender or any other body part since no one is that dumb to put it in a blender.
