Printable Medication Administration Flow Sheet?

Question:
I need to print some out.I have found other nursing documentation sheets but not one to keep track of medication and when its to be given and so forth.

Answers:
I'm not sure where you can find these. Most companies that mass produce these have copyrighted them and force you to buy them. If you need some right away, I would try a Nursing Home or Hospital. If you go to the floor and speak with one of the nurses, I am sure they would be happy to help you.
If you want med sheets for 1-3 days, the hospital would be your best bet. If you want a medication administration record for a month, check with the nursing home.

Other Answers:
Each persons needs are going to be different so it is hard to make a Generic for one certain person, so what I did was went on my computer and did a speadsheet and created one of my own.
If this is to hard and you do not understand spread sheets and how to make them, In the beging I made a sheet for each day on this sheet I put what meds where to be taken when and left room for it to be marked what time it was done, I also put on there what meals were eatten and fluid intake, as I have diebetes as well I also included my readings and time I took them, I left room to put and medical info., in case I went to the doc that day I was not feeling well or there was any medical changes.
I then had an area that was left as a journal I would put in there what the weather was that day(as I have breathing trouble and allergies) I would write whom called or visited that day and a general of what happened that day as I was having a difficult time remebering things when my illness was at it's worst. I then printed them off my "Word Perfect" and saved it for future use and changes. got a hole punch and placed them in a folder this became my bible when I would go to the Doc or anywhere that went with me. I would also everyother month ask my pharmacy to print out a copy of the meds I got for 2 months I would stck that one in my purse and take the one out of my purse and place it in my book in another section this way if I was out and something happened I had a copy of my meds and when I went to the Doc/hospital and they would ask what meds are you taking I had it. I also had an ongoing list of what I had been on and when it would change I WOULD write the reason why this made my life and my doctor visits go so much easier. Hope I ANswered your question I know I gave you extra but I have been complemented on my records over and over and my Doc's say they wish more people did that.
