Try accupuncture. I had a horrible car wreck last year and after 6 months of traditional treatment I (in desperation) went to a friend who is a black belt master. He does accupressure and accupuncture. After one treatment of 3 hours I finally got a good nights sleep and my healing began at that time....
I am now a believer in non-traditional treatment......

There is no known cure for it yet, but researchers are looking at vitamin A. It decreases the ringing, and may someday be in conjunction with another med for the cure.
