How can i stop my back pains.?

Question:

Answers:
You can try all the modern medicine available on the market today, and if that does not help, may I suggest an alternative kind? Have you heard of reflexology?

It works on the principle that the reflex areas on the feet and hands were linked to other areas and organs of the body within the same zone. Congestion or tension in any part of the foot is mirrored in the corresponding part of the body. The hand is used to apply pressure to the feet at the specific problem area.

I normally do the treatment myself, and it works for the recurring headaches I have. If you are new to this, perhaps you can consult a trained reflexologist. For more information, please check the website at www.reflexology.org

A Chinese friend introduced me to this. I am just passing this along in the hope it can help others too. If it works for you, do let me know. :)

Stretching and exercise advil and a chiropractor

chiropracter or a good massage therapist. Both have worked for me. Try putting an ice pack [wrapped in a moist paper towel] on the area that hurts for about twenty minutes at a time

It depends on your injury, if it's only a muscle spasm your physician will give you a muscle relaxer and ibupofropen. If it's a spinal injury you need to consult an orthophedic or a neurology. You might need an MRI so determine how bad your back problems. You might also need a surgery to ease some of your pains, again it all depends to how serious your back injury. Surgery might help, it may not. I have a back injury, I tried evrerything, Pain management, steroid shots, theraphy's and chiropractors. I have consulted several doctors 1 out of 7 suggested surgery. All 6 said that I have to learn how to lived with it. I tried all kinds me drugs to ease the pain. I am now taking morphine besides other pain killers if morphine don't work. I also have a TENS UNIT for my back. Consult an orthopedic and a neurology and ask for an MRI. Not all back problems are the same, I am one of the example. Surgery is out of the question, I lived in pain everyday, sometimes the pain is unbearable and wish that I'd rather be dead. Take care of your back and I wish you luck.

You can massage you back with Chinese herbal medicine, it really helps, I was suffering from back pain for long time, but I did massage for several times and it worked.
