That's a toughie....I pulled my groin this morning (of course I plan on pulling it tonight and tomorrow night too!).

You can't rush the healing process, you'll just wind up with a worse injury. Massage may help, Advil ot Tylenol, maybe some slow stretching exercizes - but give your body time to heal itself
