how to reduce the damage of staying up late?

sometimes i need to stay up late, but i dont wanna harm my health.what should i do

well ppl always stays up late but i red a research tat the gut time for sleepin at nite is from 11-2 am . its when ur body start to produces new cells etc. better not stay up late still
