I've gotten thinner recently, but the scales say I've put on weight. It's not muscle gain, so any ideas?

Question:
I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and can't exercise, so normally I should gain weight because of that. But I'm getting thinner, losing fat, I've gone down a clothing size...and yet I've put on 7 kilos...I don't understand what's going on. The scales aren't broken by the way...so it's me. Can anyone help please?

Answers:
Unfortunately I am not qualified to say why you are getting thinner but yet you have gained weight. However, it could be that you have had fluid retention and that your body is now getting rid of that. Are you peeing more than usual that should tell you something.

Make some cabbage soup....just cabbage. Though pretty revolting but if you do have a tapewrom cabbage soup will get rid of it soon enough. Just stay near a loo that's all.
