Yes that person needs to go to the doctor they could have jaundice or another illness. Yellowing of the eyes is not normal.

sounds like you may have a liver problem, theres jaundice, hepatitis and also someone i know turned yellow and found out it was her gallbladder but she was really sick also with vomitting.
