Feeling pressured on the top of my head but no pain, just noticeable pressure. kind of heavy at times.?

Question: I have had several lung surgeries in the last two year. Lately I have been feeling numbness and tingles throughout my body. Its not painfuil but it has become frequent. The pressure on top of my head just started recently, but I'm starting to get worried. Any suggestions

get to the doctor. when i was in the air force my friend almost died in my arms due to having to many blood veins in his head. it really messed me up for a while.
