re-asking, weirdish question?

Question:
Ok, this time i'll include all the info:

If someone was shot by one bullet from the side at a downward angle so that it entered somewhere close to the arm or shoulder or somewhere near there, and then lodged in the right lung, entering from the right too, and then another bulllet entered about mid-calf and broke one of the bones, a straight shot there, what would the damage be?

and what kind of aid could be applied before any real medical help?

Answers:
A bullet in the lung is serious, but not immediately fatal. If the patien is expericening dificulty breathing and the chest on the right side is hard and tight, the patient has air leaking out of the lungs and filling the chest cavity, which will colapse the lung. A three sided dressing (a square of gauze taped down on three sides) over the entry wound which allows air to escape but not be drawn back in will help stop this. In extreme cases the cavity must be decompressed by inserting a large bore needle into the cavity to release air. likely hood of drowning in blood is very low, especially with only the one lung comprimised. Andministration of Oxygen is recomended to maintain blood oxy levels. The leg is straight forward, gauze dressing and bandage to stop bleeding then splint leg. Normally for this patient, as soon as the airway is assessed and chest wound attended to we would begin transport. The leg injury, unless it was bleeding profusely, would be treated in route, as it is non-life-threatening.
You should seek psychological help.
