Warm salt water, don't swallow, just run it into the back of your throat and hold there and then spit out. Keep doing this over and over. I had meningitis once and this helped.
hot tea with lemon juice might help
~~gargle with warm salt water~~
gargle with warm salty water for 3 minutes. then afterwards have tea with honey, usually works 4 me!
Mix fresh lemon juice and honey (equal parts) and heat in the microwave.

Riccola herbal drops are good and also, gargle with warm salt water even though it's gross...it really works
tea with honey and lemon, drink very warm.
I'll squirt some jizzz in there for u
Gargle with salt water.

I have chronic sore throats, but home remedies are few. When it gets really bad I use "throat ease" tea by Yogi, you can get it at the health food store.

Also, stay away from 'spring' water. All the minerals can actually irritate your throat.
My Mom always said to gargle with warm salt water, but it would make me lose my voice for days! For my daughters I rub Vicks vapor rub on their necks, put a towel loosely but that it will stay on around the neck for over night and that seems to work for them!
if the salt water dosen't work drink a couple shots of wiskey
Manuka honey with at least UMF15. drink it warm or eat it as it is. a teaspoon is enough if you are 'eating' it. swallow it slowly so it can get to your throat.
