mouth sores are generally a form of herpes. see a doctor.
Are they inside or outside of your mouth?

Inside= Probably you have bitten your mouth or have a more acidic mouth

Outside= Probably cold sores. Oral Herpes
it could also be that you dont get enough vitamin C, so you're getting scurvy.
Sometimes it means the acid in your stomach is unbalanced. Use listerine regulary, and salt water rinses, during the day. It is also a form of herbpies simplex, which is contagious so don't be kissing anyone you like.. :-) Most drug store pharmacist can advise you what to take for the mouth sores , just ask! good luck
It could be Herpes as mentioned, also, if you have any stomach ailments it could cause mouth sores. See a doctor. Also, put equal parts vinegar and water in a glass, and rinse your mouth with it for a couple of days. Drinking vinegar and water can help your stomach, too.
