Nightmares!?

Question:
What could be the cause of constant nightmares, different nightmares every night, waking up with fever and shaking! I have not taken any different medication, my life is very busy but no more than normal but obviously I'm more tired as I wake up several times in the night! Any ideas what could be causing it?

Answers:
Nightmares can be caused by food, but if your diet hasn't changed and the nightmares hasn't always been there then I doubt it is food.
Analyze your diet, and your present and past circumstances and even your hopes and fears for the future.
If something is troubling you then it will cause nightmares. If something from the past hasn't been accepted or is causing a deep down feeling or restlessness then again you will be dogged by nightmares and if there is something that is unsettling you about the future, nightmares are often the sign of these concealed fears.

Is there something being 'dragged' along with you?
Is there a fear that you dread taking with you in life or scared of not achieving?
Is there something you are doing, fighting and living in hope?

Things to think about, because all will cause you troubled nights.
Ailment can also cause nightmares particularly if you have a fever, and womens menstrual cycle can cause the temperature rise, so are these nightmares surrounding your cycle?

Again, try to pinpoint what the cause could be, and then and only then you can deal with it but there are so many things that could cause nightmares, but often they are trying to show you a path toward the light, you have to discover the cause to then be able to move toward the light and pleasant dreams.

I hope this helps, a little or maybe a lot of soul searching may be required but you'll feel when you have got it correct

I'll pray for the answers to become apparent because then you'll learn something about yourself too-lots of love sent your way

Not all troubles are on the surface, and require some deep searching into buried issues, the deeper you look the more you'll find but the more you'll learn too.
