help me please this is a serious health issue?

Question: Ok I drank to much water and threw up massive amounts of water now I look yellowish and tan.I have a normally light skin tone and why after this do I look so flushed and stuff?.I think I damaged my liver will it ever be normal?? help me how can I make my skin look back to it's normal tone help help help??
