My personal experience? Dialysis did wonders for me. My creatnine was close to 16 when I decided to finally do it. Rather than being tired, sleepy, itchy, etc. I felt immediately better. But the diet still sucked, the tube down the side of my neck sucked, and getting up at 5 am sucked. It;s all about the quality of life. There;s nothing like a transplant. But dialysis is another option.Good luck,,
